Open the Waiver here.

1. A form comes up to add your name and email address, and then click the 'Continue' button.

2. A link will be sent to the email you entered. This link will take you directly to the waiver.

3. After you read the waiver, you will need to click on the signature box on the bottom right (note, your name will already be written out in cursive, but you still need to click the box to sign).

4. Type in your email address in the respective box on the bottom right.

5. Click 'Next Step' in the upper right.
